High-Performance Communication Cable
One Cable, Two Jobs: Power and Data in a Single Pull
Every distributed network faces the same dilemma: the places that need connectivity most are often the places without power. Cameras on remote poles, small-cell base stations, sensors inside tunnels - each traditionally requires two separate installations: a fiber line for data and a copper feeder for electricity. Our High-Performance Communication Cable solves this with a hybrid design that carries optical signals and electrical power inside one protective sheath, so a single cable pull delivers both.
The Two-in-One Design
The cable combines a central optical fiber bundle for high-speed data with insulated copper conductors sized for low-voltage power delivery, all enclosed in a durable outer jacket rated for outdoor exposure. You choose the fiber count and conductor gauge to match your load; we build the cable to fit the project, not the other way around.
Because the data path is optical, it is completely immune to the electromagnetic noise generated by the power conductors running beside it. Signal integrity stays clean even when the same cable feeds a motor, a heater, or a row of LED drivers - something a purely copper network could never guarantee.
Where One Cable Replaces Two
This hybrid is built for the "hard-to-reach" nodes that dominate modern network rollouts:
5G small cells - street-level antennas need both backhaul and local power; one hybrid cable delivers both without a separate electrical duct run.
Smart street lighting and poles - lighting, cameras, and Wi-Fi access points share a single infrastructure cable, simplifying pole-mounted termination.
IP surveillance - remote cameras receive power and return HD video over one line, eliminating the distance limits of standard PoE.
Tunnels and transit corridors - lighting and communications run side by side safely in one duct, cutting installation labor dramatically.
Renewable energy sites - solar and wind farms use hybrid links for inverter monitoring, control signaling, and field power distribution.
Industrial IoT and edge sensors - instruments in harsh plant environments get reliable power plus interference-free data.
Performance Highlights
Remote power reach. Copper cores deliver low-voltage power well beyond the 100 m practical limit of PoE, covering distributed nodes several hundred meters away.
Fewer installations, fewer failure points. One cable, one duct, one termination point per site - instead of two separate systems to design, procure, and maintain.
EMI-immune data path. Optical transmission shrugs off electrical noise that would corrupt copper signals in the same sheath.
Rapid deployment. Pre-connectorized hybrid assemblies are available for both power and fiber ends, cutting on-site splicing and wiring time.
Cost transparency. One cable line item replaces two; project budgeting and logistics become simpler at any scale.

FAQ
Q1: Why combine fiber and power conductors in a single cable?
A: Distributed nodes - small cells, cameras, sensors - need both data and electricity. A hybrid cable lets contractors install one line instead of two, which typically cuts installation labor by 30–50% and removes a separate power duct from the civil works.
Q2: How far can it deliver power?
A: With appropriately sized copper conductors, low-voltage power reaches several hundred meters - far beyond the ~100 m standard PoE limit. Exact reach depends on voltage, wattage, and conductor gauge; send us your load and distance and we'll specify the right build.
Q3: Is it safe to run power alongside fiber in the same sheath?
A: Yes. The conductors are individually insulated, and the fiber is fully non-conductive, so there is no electrical path between the two. The cable is engineered and tested for combined service, with clear separation maintained throughout the jacket.
Q4: Does the hybrid design complicate installation?
A: No - in most cases it simplifies it. One drum, one pulling operation, and one termination per site. Pre-connectorized ends are available to avoid on-site splicing entirely, and the cable follows standard outdoor installation practices.
Q5: Can I customize fiber count and conductor spec?
A: Absolutely. Choose fiber cores (single-mode or multimode), conductor gauge and count, jacket type, and cut lengths. MOQ is low for standard configurations, and engineering support is free for project-specific designs.
